Meet Sophie

Sophie is a mom, wife, nonprofit professional – and the baker behind Goddess Bread Co. Like many others, Sophie first discovered sourdough bread baking during the pandemic. After her sister gave her a sourdough starter, Sophie fell in love with the art of baking, and the comforting taste and smell of fresh bread. Her family, who couldn’t get enough of her sourdough, dubbed Sophie the family bread “goddess”  – a name that later served as inspiration for her business. In early 2023, Sophie licensed her residential kitchen, and has since found immense joy in sharing her bread with the community.
